We do not process sensitive personal data as defined in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR) or EU Regulation 2016/679.

Terms
Data Controller is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body which determines the purposes and means of processing personal data;
Data Processor is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the controller;
Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person;
Processing of Personal Data – any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction;
A “Cookie” is a small text file that a website saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit our website. Rockpool OÜ collects the following personal data:

If you wish to receive more information about a service through the website, we collect and process the following personal data – your name and email address. Inquiries can be submitted by filling out the relevant contact form or by sending an email to the addresses provided on the website. In preparing a quote, we also use company data obtained from a credit information request.
The legal basis for processing such personal data is the processing of personal data for the performance of a contract with the data subject or for taking pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (GDPR Art 6(1)(b))

Website Browsing StatisticsWhen visiting websites, non-personally identifiable technical data about the visitor is collected.
The technical data is limited to the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer or computer network, the web browser, and operating system software version of the computer, the time of visit (hour, date, year), and location. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
To collect the above-mentioned data, we use an automated tool called Google Analytics. If you do not wish to have this data about you transmitted, you can opt out of having your data collected by Google Analytics at any time.
